Inspira Resource Center is seeking a passionate and dynamic Development Director to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing fundraising strategies to support our programs and initiatives. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong commitment to our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities

• Fundraising Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising plan, including annual giving, major gifts, corporate partnerships, grants, and special events.

• Donor Relations: Cultivate and maintain relationships with current and potential donors, ensuring effective communication and stewardship.

• Grant Writing: Identify and apply for relevant grants to secure additional funding for our programs.

• Event Planning: Organize and oversee fundraising events, ensuring they effectively engage the community and promote our mission.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the Executive Director and Board members to align fundraising efforts with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Commitment: A strong alignment with the Christian values and pro-life mission of Inspira Resource Center.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in fundraising or development, preferably in a non-profit setting.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.

• Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in fundraising software is a plus.
